Technology/Process Improvement

What is it doing to our waistlines?

Today we burn 120-140 fewer calories daily than in the 60's.

Men 142
Women 124

Most of this is because of our lower activity and process improvement has taken a lot of the activity out of our day to day efforts....compound that with us eating more and then it isn't real tough to figure out the obesity it?

Obesity in adults is at 30% and it was 13% in the 60's.

This is shocking but there is a simple a little less and move a little more...that change is all you need to implement....don't make it a bigger deal than it is just get moving....walk while you talk on the phone....change things up it will make a difference.
