Mama said there would be days like this!

I was talking to a guy at the table next to me at breakfast this morning....he was all bummed out...he is on the road three nights a week and when he is on the road he likes to work out...he said he went to the gym at 6 this morning and after 5 minutes he went back to the room he wasn't into it.

I tried to encourage him and let him know that the body and mind will let you know what you should be doing.....sometimes you have to ignore the excuses or the lack of drive but if you are pretty disciplined every now and again you just need the rest!

I told him not to get down just enjoy the morning and get ready for the day.

The gym will always be there.

We are all human and things happen....on days when the motivation level is sapped try and do something productive you a good developmental book or spend time talking with a friend...balance is the key in life so work to balance self betterment.....relationships or whatever you need to?

At the end of the day it is all good if you work to enhance positives in your life!
