Protein for breakfast!

Early travel morning again so the Wednesday post comes this evening.

If you are struggling to make it to lunch without snacking try and boost your protein at breakfast....egg whites are awesome...ading some peanut butter to toast or oatmeal is another but protein will absolutely help keep you satiated as you go through the day.

If you are having troubles getting to lunch take a shot with this strategy I bet you will notice a HUGE difference.
