Today is the first full day of Spring!
With the season change we should also see some decent weather starting to break!
Take a look at all the seasonal changes as an opportunity to change your focus. Every season take inventory of how the last season ended...did you make progress on your fitness/diet goals?
As you head into the new season set some new goals or try and incorporate new lifestyle choices for yourself...this will become a lot like weighing yourself daily or weekly...it will be a good checkpoint for you so the year does slide by and you find yourself 12 months down the slippery slope instead of just two or three which you can recover from quickly.
Stay focused and have some goals...you will be amazed with the outcome!
